The Cornwall Hospice Care lottery is licensed with the Gambling Commission , the qualifying positions are held by Mr Paul Brinsley & Mr Graham Clarke.

Cornwall Hospice Care is committed to using lotteries to fundraise responsibly and encourage responsible gambling.

While the risk of ‘problem gambling’ associated with hospice lotteries is small, there may be circumstances where some players or their families may wish to discuss gambling-related problems with specialist advisers.
